How the method runs when someone else does it

The manual is the method, published in full. These three pages describe how the same method runs when someone else does the work: research that starts from real customer questions, content that is maintained on a schedule, and reporting where every number has a named source.

Sequence

What actually happens, in order

  1. Read the evidence you already have. Call notes, estimate requests, review text, the Business Profile performance report and the Search Console queries report become a list of questions with sources.
  2. Assign one page to each question cluster. The plan names the URL, the stage of the customer's decision it serves, and the official source behind any claim about a rule.
  3. Write and publish in a fixed order. One queue, one quality bar: answer first, no invented numbers, citations for regulatory claims, no template pages with a place name swapped in.
  4. Wire the measurement before promoting the pages. Calls, form submissions, quotes and booked moves each get a definition and a tested event in the system that owns them.
  5. Report from the source systems and state the limits. Search Console for queries, analytics for site events, the booking system for revenue, plus a written note on what the numbers miss.
  6. Review against the source, not the trend. Pages are reopened when a cited rule changes. Anything that cannot be checked by someone who knows the business does not ship.

Boundaries

What stays with your company

Accounts, access and records stay in the company's name, whichever method is running. That is the same rule the hiring chapter applies to anyone working on your site.

  • The domain, the hosting account and the website repository or admin login.
  • The Search Console owner role and the Business Profile primary owner.
  • The analytics property and the booking system that holds quotes and moved jobs.
  • The research log, the content queue and the change ledger.

What these pages do not offer

  • No lead sales, call marketplaces or shared phone numbers.
  • No link packages, guest-post networks or directory blasts.
  • No guarantee of rankings, map positions or booked moves.
  • No recommendation of a moving company, and no paid placement on this site.

Read the hiring chapter before you talk to any provider, including this one.
